Unnamed Subject

I have always been a spur-of-the-moment photographer. If I see a moment worth capturing or meet someone with a look or energy that stands out, I am not afraid to ask if they would like a few quick shots. I often provide my contact information so they can receive images for their social media, and sometimes those spontaneous encounters lead to great connections. Other times, life moves quickly, information gets misplaced, and I never hear from them again. It is part of the process of creating freely in the community and being open to unexpected collaborations.

This particular subject approached me at the Live Oak Canyon Pumpkin Patch while I was covering a photo event and asked if I could take a few photos of her. She was a natural in front of the camera, making the entire experience effortless and fun. The fall setting added warmth and texture to the session, and it turned into one of those lighthearted shoots that remind me why I love photography. I never heard from her again, but if anyone happens to know who she might be, please feel free to pass this along. It was a fun shoot during the fall season and a reminder that sometimes the best sessions happen without planning.
